In Damauli, community mother groups, user groups, clubs, and the tole committee have developed waste management plans in collaboration with the local municipality. Mohan Batas  Foundation provides them with waste bins to help them with waste management and to coordinate with local authorities for dumping sites and composting biodegradable wastes.
